VICE CHANCELLOR Prof. (Dr.) Khalid Mirza assumed the charge of Vice Chancellor on 19/04/2018.
He was a Professor of political science in Patna University is a well known academician with able administrative skill. Was Director, Higher Education, Government of Bihar from 2015 to March 2018. With immense experience and foresight the government has also appointed him as Member, State Higher Education Council under Government of India's ambitious scheme of RUSA and also as Chairman of Government Urdu Library Bihar, Patna. Previously he served full term as Pro-Vice Chancellor of this very university from 2008 to 2011 where by his academic brilliance and administrative skill contributed in making the University functional.
